That settles it!

I think I’ll be making at LEAST half a dozen knee socks.

Red Dwarf Knee Socks (5)

It took me a bit to finish these but only because ya’ll know how I have that Knitter’s ADD and all.

Tano loves them, too. He particularly likes when I tried them on with a short jean skirt. He suggested two pigtails…and…yeah. I’ll leave the rest to your imagination.

I cast on for a pair of Toirneach Kilt Hose. I’m using Dream in Color Classy in a nice blue. Tano’s excited. Heh!

  1. He’d kill me if he knew I was saying this, but when I bought Lingerie Style, my boyfriend was more excited about the knee highs than the underwear! Which begs the question: why haven’t I made any already? LOL

  2. Wow, those look great! I’m not sure about the pigtails and stuff, but you’ve got great legs, so knee socks, a mini skirt and cute shoes seem like the perfect way to show them off.

I covet your shoes, by the way. They are droolworthy.

  3. OK, I just bought a new pair of boots, and I need those socks to wearinside of them. They are hot to death. Rosi, you know I have knitting ADD too. Why do you tempt me with such things? I just started a new sweater today. AARRGGHH!!!! How many yards did it take??

  4. HA!!! That sounds strangely similar to what Travis said when I finished my thigh-high Bellocq stockings….one short skirt, please!

    They look hot!!

  5. wow….. Now those are some cool socks….. I haven’t made any pass the ankles yet…. lovely just lovely… also i love your website.
