Maria, Full of Grace
WOW! Thank you ALL for your wonderful comments and emails regarding my Capitán Hat! I’ve seen several popping up on Ravelry and I’ve made a few more myself in several different colors (no pix yet, but soon!).
Have you guys seen that movie? It’s one of my favorites. It’s about this girl that becomes a mule to come to the US. It’s a very deep movie.
But this post has nothing to do with that movie. This post is about Briar Rose’s Grace.
550 yards of gorgeous, shiny, bouncy, softness.
A worsted weight blend of merino, bamboo and nylon.
I couldn’t find it on their website so I believe this yarn is now discontinued.
Too bad as it’s absolutely gorgeous.

The yarn is gorgeous. Makes me want to come over and pet it.
The movie? I thoroughly enjoyed it, even though it was very deep.

Do you mean Briar Rose Fibers? They have a web presence here: http://briarrosefibers.net/.
Unfortunately, I did not see that delicious looking yarn there either.

Gurl! That movie is something else! I luv it too! And I want to own it one day in my DVD library!
Hey…so I heard someone was doing the DROPS Eskimo sweater…and we joked how you are probably done already!!
I plan to join in around mid/late Feb

Wow, that’s some amazingly beautiful yarn!
The Capitan hat rocks. Knitting it is going to be my reward once I finish the back of the Dad Sweater. Because miles and miles of reverse stockinette = snore.
