I understand your frustration and I do apologize for the inconvenience.

I HATE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!!  Why is it that when you call up, you’re tossed around to this one and that one and then when you start yelling at them saying that you’re sick of being transferred nine different times back and forth like a fucking tennis ball all they know how to say is:

YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND A GOD DAMN THING!  ESPECIALLY MY FRUSTRATION!  AND YOU COULD GIVE TWO SHITS ABOUT MY INCONVENIENCE!

I need a damn drink.
